- 1/4 cup beef drippings
- 1/3 cup low carb bake mix
- 1/3 cup protein powder, unflavored
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 cup half-and-half
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray a 10-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray, add the beef drippings and tilt the pan to cover the whole bottom. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the bake mix, protein powder, and salt. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, oil and half-and-half.
Whisk the liquid ingredients well, add the dry ingredients, whisk until well combined.
Pour into prepared pan, bake for 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees, cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes
Cut into wedges and serve with your roast.
