Holiday Honey Pineapple Bread

  - 2 T. corn oil
  - 3/4 t. salt
  - 1 C. honey
  - 1 C. whole bran
  - 1 egg, slightly beaten
 
 

- 1 C. pineapple juice
- 2 C WW flour
- 3/4 C. chopped nuts
- 2 t. baking powder

In a bowl, blend thoroughly the oil, honey, and egg.

Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, whole bran and pineapple juice, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Fold in the nuts.

Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.
