Low Carb Taco Salad
- 4 Cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (no sugar)
- 1/4 cup tomato chopped
- 4 black olives sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/6 avocado chopped
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese grated
- Arrange two or three large, whole romain lettuce leaves on a large plate.
Brown ground beef in a medium skillet and mix in taco seasoning. - Brown ground beef in a medium skillet and mix in taco seasoning.
- Divide chopped lettuce equally between the two plates.
- Top with beef, onion, tomatoes. avacado, olives and grated cheese. Garnish with sour cream.
