Low Carb Taco Salad
  • 4 Cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (no sugar)
  • 1/4 cup tomato chopped
  • 4 black olives sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/6 avocado chopped
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese grated
  1. Arrange two or three large, whole romain lettuce leaves on a large plate.
    Brown ground beef in a medium skillet and mix in taco seasoning.
  2. Brown ground beef in a medium skillet and mix in taco seasoning.
  3. Divide chopped lettuce equally between the two plates.
  4. Top with beef, onion, tomatoes. avacado, olives and grated cheese. Garnish with sour cream.
  5. 10 Carbs per serving.
