Fat Flush Fruit Smoothie

  - 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  - 1 scoop or 2 heaping tblsp protein powder
  - 8 oz Cran-water or plain filtered water

- 1 tblsp flaxseed oil
- 1/4 tsp Stevia (optional)
- Crushed Ice (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender

Blend until rich and creamy, approximately 2-3 minutes
