Super Breakfast Cereal

  - 1/2 C Oatmeal
  - 1 T Sesame Seeds
  - 1 C Plain Yogurt
  - 1/2 C Chopped Peaches
  - 2 T Orange Juice

- 1/2 C Chopped Apples
- 1/2 C Raisins
- 1/2 C Bananas
- 1/4 C Almonds, Chopped

Fold all ingredients together.

You can substitute sunflower seeds for sesame seeds or pecans for almonds.
