|4 Cups Romaine lettuce chopped
||8 ounces ground beef
|2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (no sugar)
||1 green onion, finely chopped
|1/4 cup tomato chopped
||1/6 avocado chopped
|4 black olives sliced
||2 ounces cheddar cheese grated
|2 Tbsp. sour cream
- Arrange two or three large, whole romain lettuce leaves on a large plate.
- Brown ground beef in a medium skillet and mix in taco seasoning.
- Divide chopped lettuce equally between the two plates.
- Top with beef, onion, tomatoes. avacado, olives and grated cheese. Garnish with sour cream.
