|Low Carb Amandine Asparagus
|1 pound fresh asparagus
||1/4 cup slivered almonds
|1/4 cup butter
||1 Tbsp lemon juice.
- Steam asparagus and set aside.
- In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, cook slivered almonds until golden brown.
- Add butter and asparagus and stir mixture gently for two or three minutes.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
- 3 carbs per recipe.
